PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT

 

Please read the instructions before you complete the enrollment form.

 

 

Dear Parents,

Welcome to New Vision School!

We are attaching the enrollment form  for new students.   All parents are required to fill in this form and submit it to the Administration Office. 

Procedures :

 

I.    KINDERGARTEN

The parent should be present with the student during the interview.

1.

After passing the interview, the parent will be informed to start with the registration procedures right away upon submission of all school requirements listed below.

II.   GRADE 1 onwards:

The parent should be present with the student during the interview.

The students are requested to take an entrance exam with a fee (non-refundable). After the exam, results will be notified to parents on the next day.

2.

Once the student passed the entrance exam, parents must submit the school requirements to the Admission Officer.

  Requirements:

 

Payment for registration fee

1.

Payment of book fees as per fees breakdown

2.

Payment of June 2019 fees

3.

Payment of April, May, June 2019 for KG and Nursery students

4.

Fill up the Application Form and submit it together with the following:

 □ 2x Pictures of new student

 □ CPR (photocopy) of new student

 □ Passport  information page  (photocopy) of new student (copy of RP if non-Bahraini)

 □ Birth Certificate (photocopy) of new student  

 □ Record Book of immunization, vaccination, etc.

 □ Latest school report plus reports for last 2 years if applicable

 □ CPR / Passport (photocopies) of parents

 □ Medical Report (for Grade 1 students only)

 □ Copy of  Certificate confirming Bahrain’s equivalent grade based from the latest

     school report in case the new student studied abroad  (Certificate must be 

     stamped with seal of  Ministry of Education)

 □ Withdrawal / Transfer Certificate from previous school (not required for Grade 1

    and KG students)

 □ Certificate of Good Conduct and Certificate of full payment from the previous

     school.  (Can be combined with the withdrawal / transfer certificate.

5.

Fill up Student’s Health Form (mandatory) - must be filled up by parents

6.

Transportation Form (optional)

7.

Submit all the documents mentioned in point #5 as soon as possible before the classes get filled up.

Registration Policies:

 

Registration is based on priority (First come, first serve).  Thus, kindly complete the registration process within 2 days because of the limited seats and the high demand.

1.

Seats will not be reserved unless all the requirements have been met (fees payment, forms completion and submission of other documents).

2.

To complete the registration, the student's final report card from the previous school must be submitted.

3.

 

 

 

 

Re-registration Policy:

Students who have withdrawn from the school will not be re-registered under any circumstances.
